Teichert is a heavy civil construction company based in California that has been in business for over 100 years. They hired Launch to design and build an custom web application called InQuarry (IQ) to help modernize their business.
InQuarry is a React-based web app that consolidates data, knowledge and processes into a single system. It is used at every stage of a construction project to increase efficiency, transparency and profitability for the company.
As this custom software was built, the design and development teams needed a streamlined and customized design system to improve our own processes and ensure the best user experience within the application. I led the effort to customize and expand the React UI Library that had been used for initial designs.
