The One Scotts Mission

Scotts set out to unify the e-commerce sites for multiple product lines & position the company as the “Trusted Advisor for your Outdoor Living Space”

The Scotts portfolio—ranging from Lawn & Garden to Pest Control—is fragmented across multiple generic e-commerce sites, making it difficult for consumers to shop seamlessly and for the brand to create a unified story.

To unify the experience, Launch worked with Scotts to design a cohesive digital ecosystem for Scotts’ primary brands that enables cross-brand storytelling, simplifies the shopping experience, and preserves each brand’s identity.
